Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return To start a return, please contact us at figureakatsuki@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Customer Remorse: For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs (including tracking and insurance).
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned. We do not accept returns for items that have been opened or removed from their original sealed packaging unless they are defective. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period (Right of Withdrawal) Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union or the UK, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the item, for any reason and without a justification.
Important Note on Diminished Value: While you have the right to inspect the item, you are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the items. For high-value collectibles, breaking the factory seal significantly reduces the item's market value. If an opened item is returned under this right, we reserve the right to deduct this loss of value from your refund.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at figureakatsuki@gmail.com.
