Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed.

Estimated Delivery Times (Transit Time)

We offer fast and secure international shipping directly from Japan. All orders are shipped via reliable carriers (such as Japan Post EMS, DHL, or FedEx). > Estimated Transit Time: 4 to 10 business days. (Please note: These are estimated transit times. Actual delivery may occasionally take longer due to customs clearance processes in the destination country.)

Shipping Origin

All items are carefully inspected, packed, and shipped directly from our warehouse in Fukuoka, Japan.

Shipping Delays & Exceptions

Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Shipping carrier delays or logistics issues.

  • Customs clearance procedures in the destination country.

  • Severe weather or natural disasters.

  • Local holidays or peak seasons.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For US Orders (Shipped via EMS): For orders with a product value over $100 USD sent via EMS to the United States, customs duties and import taxes will be pre-paid by us (DDP). You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

For All Other Orders / Destinations: Figu Japan Alter is not responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees incurred in the destination country. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. Please check with your local customs office for more details before placing an order.

Lost or Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging every order to ensure safe delivery. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at figureakatsuki@gmail.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods as they are required for the claim process.
